 “The Famous Lechon Porchetta” this is Manilachon‘s tagline and they sure knows how to deliver a perfectly cooked Lechon Porchetta. This is located in SM Megamall’s food court so if you’re in the area and wanted some crunchy, sinful deep fried pork, go and visit Manilachon.

This one here is a classic solo meal for only Php159. It includes one drink, salad and rice. I say that’s value for money, indeed.

I just can’t get enough of the pork’s skin.  It was so crispy and its meat was soft and succulent. Dip it in their signature vinegar and you’ll have one delectable meal.
